Review of COMAR Code of Ethics in Relations to the Public, Clients and Fellow Licensees. Review of Title 09 General Regulations and regulations pertaining to Advertising, Nicknames and Teams. Discussion of NAR’s handling of arbitration and ethics. Predatory lending practices and property flipping guidelines are covered. Examples of how to protect borrowers and buyers with consumerism are provided. This course will meet the Mandatory CE requirement of Ethics. CE Requirements:Maryland - 3 Hours (D) Please plan to arrive early, each session will start ON TIME. LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT RECEIVE CE CREDITS, NO EXCEPTIONS!
