The ability to negotiate for our clients is not a natural skill.  We are not born with it.  Negotiation is an acquired competency requiring a complex set of intelligences, attitudes, and skills.During this 3 hour session, participants will evaluate important competencies and learn valuable strategies that will result in successful negotiations for their clients.At conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:•      Understand and enhance competencies necessary to become an expert negotiator.•      To know the realities, stages and strategies in successful negotiations•      To enhance listening skills and decode non-verbal communication of clients •      To be able to successfully negotiate for clients in real estate transactions
