12 Hour Broker Management CE Course

This NEW Broker Management course is designed to assist Managing Brokers and Sponsoring Brokers to function, remain current and compliant, manage risk, perform and succeed in today’s real estate environment.LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Students will understand one of the main goals for the Broker Management CE every two years is to review the statutory duties of Sponsoring Brokers and the Designated Managing Broker
• By taking a pre quiz on license law requirements students will discuss existing and new procedures for licensing a brokerage as well as onboarding new and experienced agents.
• The Office Policy is meant to be a living document.  Throughout this course students will be identifying changes needed for their own policies.
• Through a multitude of actual case studies, students will be reviewing, reacting and coaching as the Designated Managing Broker.
